Six program components on a 5.2-acre site, organized into operating phases. The Knot — Climbing Gym anchors the campus; Phase 2 brings the new climbing gym, skate park, concessions, and a tenant-operated restaurant; later phases add roller derby / rink and standing wave venues as program scope is finalized.
Each component carries a phase tag matching the build sequence in the Timeline section. The Knot has a Phase 1 anchor presence and a Phase 2 expansion.
